The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $100 cash bonus via direct deposit to their checking account for each individual referred (Referred Person) to SERVICE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (“SERVICE CREDIT UNION”) that does not already have a SERVICE CREDIT UNION checking account, registers for the offer, opens a new personal checking account and completes the other requirements within the time specified in the program. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program online at http://SERVICECU.royalreferralcenter.com, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit a valid email address for both the Referrer and each Referred Person. Only one Referrer may receive a cash bonus for each Referred Person that fulfills the requirements (the first Referrer who enters information for a Referred Person will be the eligible Referrer). The Referred Person may only receive one incentive bonus for opening an account and completing the requirements but may also be eligible as a Referrer. If we in our sole discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this offer in any way or that you intend to do so, we may not credit the bonus to, we may freeze the bonus to, or we may take away the bonus from your account. Promotion runs November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 and is subject to be changed or be discontinued without notice.

Referred Person 
To earn $100 cash via direct deposit to their checking account, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email, text or social media post, open a new SERVICE CREDIT UNION personal checking account within 90 days after receiving the email, text or social media post offer through the official means of the program, keep the new account open and in good standing for at least 60 days, AND fulfill the following requirements within 60 days after account opening: 

• Sign up for Direct Deposit of net pay.
• Have at least one net reoccurring payroll or government benefit be deposited to the personal checking account (Direct deposit in your checking account of net pay includes but is not limited to payroll deposits, social security deposits, retirement payments, and other sources of net income). Must equal $500 or more per month.
• Sign up for eCommunications which includes online statements.

Other Important Information  
Reward: Processing and delivery of the Reward for both referrer and referee will be 90 days after the referee’s account is opened as long as all conditions have been met. The Reward will be direct deposited into the appropriate checking account.

Email Address: When opening a SERVICE CREDIT UNION personal checking account, the Referred Person must provide the same email address used when registering within the Referral Center.

Other Limitations:  The Reward offer is not available if the Referred Person already has a SERVICE CREDIT UNION checking account. This offer may end or be changed without notice. Offer is not available outside of the US.

Deposit Account Disclosures: Share savings accounts require a minimum deposit of $5. Minimum opening deposit or direct deposit is required on all SERVICE CREDIT UNION Personal Checking accounts. If you choose to open a personal dividend-bearing checking account, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) paid will be based on account balance and date of account opening. Dividend Checking has a variable Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 0.15% accurate as of 11/1/2022 and no minimum balance required to earn APY. SERVICE CREDIT UNION may change the APY at any time. Fees may reduce earnings. A monthly fee may apply depending on account type but may be waived on some accounts if certain conditions are met (visit https://servicecu.org/ for conditions). All deposit accounts are subject to the Deposit Agreement.

Opt out:  The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from SERVICE CREDIT UNION or Royal. Each person who registers at Royal authorizes future communications, including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at Royal or within such email.

Other Rewards:  The Referrer will earn a $5 (five) dollar gift card to Starbucks Coffee for every ten (10) referrals made within the Royal Referral Center Site. A single Referral is considered to be a unique non-customer (name and/or email address). For example, a Referral responding directly from an email or text referral communication will count as one (1) Referral.  One Social Media posts will count as one (1) Referral regardless the number of individuals that click on or take action on that individual post. Starbucks rewards will be delivered as a code into the Referrer’s Royal Referral Center Mailbox. There is a limit of 5 Starbucks® Coffee gift cards a Referrer may earn each calendar year. Employees of SERVICE CREDIT UNION, SERVICE CREDIT UNION Financial Services or affiliates are not eligible for this program.
